The price
The published prices are per seat, in euros: €20 for 1 month, €50 for 3 months, €95 for 6 months, €180 for 1 year, and €320 for 2 years. Longer terms cost less per month. The card payment is a subscription for that term and renews at the same price until it is cancelled. A 14-day trial is free, needs no card, and does not turn into a charge. If an existing organization has a different fee, the portal shows that amount before anyone pays.
What a seat is
One seat is one PC and one Windows user, for the term you subscribe to. A trial is 14 days and does not renew. The paid period starts when the key is issued. The same person can reinstall on that PC without using a second seat. A second person, or a second PC, needs another seat.
Updates are included. There is no extra payment when the app is updated. The company license portal is included with the subscription. From that login, a seat that is already in use can be reassigned to another PC or person. That move does not cost another seat. The previous PC stops on its next check, and the new key is shown in the portal. Deactivating a key stops it and does not free the seat.
The seat includes the editor on Windows. Turning Word, Excel, or PowerPoint into PDF pages needs Microsoft Office installed on that PC.
How payment works
A new organization can subscribe on this website without a login. The card payment creates the organization, the portal username, and the keys for the term on the slider. It renews for that same term until it is cancelled. Cancelling keeps the keys until the period already paid for ends. A 14-day trial is separate and does not renew. An organization that already has a login can subscribe from the same page while signed in.
Refunds
A seat that has not been activated can be refunded in full if you email sander@godovaro.io within 14 days of the payment. Once the key has been activated on a PC, that seat is not refunded. Deactivating the key after activation does not create a refund.
What the license is not
A signature or date in GoDovaro is a stamp on the page. It is not a qualified electronic signature. Cover is not certified redaction. The license is for the organization that bought the seat. It is not a sale of the software itself.
